Good work starts with shared context.

A handover shouldn’t live in someone’s head. Bob’s foundation brings shared threads, task ownership and calendar context together, so a conversation can lead to a useful next step.

The conversation can carry the work.

Make the next step explicit.

Shared task creation, updates and completion are part of the existing foundation. Tasks can be assigned to members of a space.

Give a handover somewhere to live.

A shared thread gives people a place to put the plan and ask for context. The examples show a possible business use of that foundation.

A familiar way to reach help.

Bob’s physical-device vision makes voice a natural entry point. First-party text and shared spaces can carry the same work beyond the room.

Shared work. Clear boundaries.

The business story starts with the same private and shared spaces. Access checks and membership provide a foundation; enterprise requirements need their own validation.
